Green Cadogan Community Education & Recycling, 2019 (In Progress)

Architectural Study, Design, Public Consultation Project

with Mike He (OFFICE AS A PROJECT), in partnership with CollaborateHK and Wisdom Regeneration

‘Cadogan Street Temporary Garden’ is a former meat and vegetable wholesale market, built in 1937.

This is a project initiated by CollaborateHK, a organisation facilitating the temporary revitalisation of underused/ vacant government land by helping local non-profits navigate the complex approval process involving the Short Term Tenancy (STT).

The space we want to temporary revitalise is 9 extant ex-market booths, currently used as government storage.

Wisdom Regeneration, the future tenant, provided us a very clear vision with what they try to achieve in this space (event, office & workshop).
